How To Use Iron Sulphate Heptahydrate

1. Lawn Moss Control

You Will Need:

  • 25–50g Iron Sulphate per 1 litre of water
  • Sprayer or watering can

Steps:

  1. Dissolve 25–50g in 1 litre of warm water.
  2. Apply evenly across moss-affected lawn areas.
  3. Avoid application during heavy rain.
  4. Moss will darken within 24–48 hours.
  5. Rake out dead moss after several days.

⚠ Safety: Wear gloves and avoid contact with paving or concrete to prevent staining.


2. Correcting Iron Deficiency in Plants

Steps:

  1. Mix 5–10g per litre of water.
  2. Apply directly to soil around plants.
  3. Repeat every 2–4 weeks if needed.
  4. Ideal for yellowing leaves caused by iron deficiency.
  5. Water plants normally after treatment.
