Ascorbic Acid is a natural water-soluble vitamin (Vitamin C). It is a powerful antioxidant agent that specifies in fighting bacterial infections and in the formation of collagen in fibrous tissue, teeth, bones and skin.

It can be found in citrus and other fruits, and also in many vegetables.

Vitamin C is not produced by the body and cannot be stored so must be obtained through diet or dietary supplements which makes this powder perfect for easy everyday use.

Simply add ¼ teaspoon (1g) to a drink and shake well  or 50ml of water up to 3 times a day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose and take with food to avoid ingesting on an empty stomach.
