How to Use

1. Paving Stones, Concrete Floors and Screeds

  1. Measure 30–50g of pigment per 1kg of cement.
  2. Mix the pigment thoroughly into the dry cement.
  3. Add sand, aggregate and water as required.
  4. Mix until the colour is completely uniform.
  5. Pour or apply the mixture as normal.

2. Render and Facade Plaster

  1. Use 30–60g of pigment per 1kg of cement.
  2. Blend the pigment with the dry cement first.
  3. Add sand and water gradually.
  4. Mix thoroughly to remove colour streaks.
  5. Apply using the normal rendering method.

3. Mortar and Brick Jointing

  1. Add 60–100g of pigment per 1kg of cement.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add water slowly while mixing.
  4. Check that the colour is even throughout.
  5. Apply the mortar promptly.

4. Wet Cement Paint

  1. Prepare the cement paint according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Add a small measured quantity of pigment.
  3. Mix thoroughly until evenly dispersed.
  4. Add more pigment gradually to deepen the colour.
  5. Apply with a suitable brush or roller.

5. Decorative Concrete Projects

  1. Weigh the pigment accurately before each batch.
  2. Mix the pigment into the dry cement first.
  3. Add the remaining materials and water.
  4. Use the same pigment ratio for every batch.
  5. Allow a small test sample to dry before completing the full project.

Recommended Dosage

  • Paving Stones, Floors and Screeds: 3–5%
  • Facade Plaster and Concrete Products: 3–6%
  • Brick Joints and Mortars: 6–10%

Percentages are based on the weight of cement or compatible paint binder used.

Wear protective gloves, eye protection and a suitable dust mask when handling the powder. Avoid breathing dust and prevent contact with eyes. Work in a well-ventilated area. Keep the product dry, securely sealed and out of reach of children. Surface staining may occur, so protect surrounding areas before use.
