How to Use (Per 200g Pack):

1. Face Mask: Mix 15g clay + 15ml water or apple cider vinegar. Apply to face, let dry 10–15 mins, rinse off.

2. Body Wrap: Mix 100–150g clay + 150–200ml warm water. Apply to skin, wrap, wait 30 mins, rinse.

3. Scalp Cleanser: Mix 30–50g clay + 45–75ml water. Massage into scalp, leave 10 mins, rinse.

4. Toothpaste Base: Mix 10g clay + 10ml coconut oil. Store airtight, use pea-sized amount.

5. Bath Soak: Add 200g clay to a warm bath. Soak for 20–30 mins, rinse and moisturize.
