Acerola also called the Barbados cherry, comes from Central America and the Caribbean Islands. Acerola berries are delicate and perishable, which is why juices made from them can be processed into a dry powder. Because of it`s high content of natural vitamin C, acerola extract is a component of many vitamin compositions.

Acerola helps our nervous system to function properly, protects cells from oxidative stress and adds to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Simply mix 3 g (1 level teaspoon) of acerola cherry powder in 100 ml of boiled water, drink or yogurt.
