Service Quality Uncertain

For some reason my order required the postcode to be input twice? Very strange. The second input was incorrect. The address label had two postcodes: the first embedded in the address details, the second by itself. Royal Mail chose the latter postcode (which doesn't exist). HD chemicals seemed to think there was nothing wrong with inputting two postcodes or even that they didn't pass a consistency check....ergo the late delivery was my fault. I made the mistake but it wasn't a mistake that anyone should have been able to make!! Hmm.....
