How to Use:

1. Steam inhalation: Add 1–2 small crystals to 500ml hot water. Inhale vapour carefully. Do not place face too close to hot water.
2. Cooling balm: Melt 50g carrier balm base, add 1–2g menthol crystals, mix well and allow to set.
3. Soap making: Add 1–3g per 1kg soap base for a fresh mint scent.
4. Aromatherapy blend: Dissolve 1g menthol crystals in 100ml carrier oil before use.
5. Cosmetic creams: Use very small amounts, around 0.5–1g per 100g cream base. Patch test before skin use.

Safety: For external use only. Do not ingest. Keep away from children, pets, eyes and sensitive skin. Use gloves when handling. Always dilute before applying to skin.
