How to Use – 5 Popular Applications:

1. Winemaking Sanitiser
Dissolve approximately 10g in 1 litre of clean water. Use the solution to rinse bottles, demijohns and equipment. Allow items to drain fully before use. Avoid inhaling fumes and use in a well-ventilated area.

2. Brewing Equipment Cleaning
Mix 5–10g per 1 litre of water. Apply to brewing tools, pipes or containers, then rinse thoroughly with clean water where required. Wear gloves and avoid contact with eyes.

3. Fruit Preservation Support
Use only according to an approved food recipe or regulated dosage. Dissolve the required amount fully in water before applying to fruit. Do not exceed recommended limits for food use.

4. Antioxidant in Food Processing
Add only in controlled, food-safe quantities according to your recipe, process or local regulations. Measure accurately in grams using a suitable scale.

5. Water Dechlorination
Use very small measured amounts depending on water volume and chlorine level. Dissolve completely before adding. Do not overdose, and test treated water before use.
