1. Estimate the surface area of compost material

2. Apply 135g per m² evenly over the compost

3. Mix lightly into the top layer

4. Keep compost moist but not waterlogged

1. Measure compost volume and estimate square metres covered

2. Multiply total m² by 135g to calculate required amount

3. Sprinkle evenly between layers

4. Turn heap after application

3. Add water if dry
