Popular Uses – How to Use
1. Kettle Descaling
Add 20–30g citric acid monohydrate to 500ml water. Boil, leave for 10–15 minutes, empty and rinse thoroughly before use.
2. Coffee Machine Cleaning
Dissolve 25g in 500ml warm water. Run through the appliance and rinse with at least 1 litre of clean water afterwards.
3. Jam & Preserve Making
Use approximately 1–3g per kilogram of fruit to increase acidity and improve flavour balance. Mix thoroughly into the recipe.
